When asking for help, include the app version, iOS version, server type, and the exact error message. Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, private photos, or production server credentials.
Before contacting support
- For Samba, confirm the iPhone and server are reachable on the same network and verify the host, share name, username, and folder permissions.
- For Baidu Netdisk, reopen authorization if the token expired and confirm Baidu service availability.
- For Google Drive or OneDrive, sign in again if authorization expires and confirm that the app has access to its permitted files or app folder.
- For server-to-server backup, confirm that both servers are reachable and have enough free space; source files are never deleted.
- Background tasks are scheduled by iOS; keep the phone charged, allow Background App Refresh, and use Wi-Fi when Wi-Fi Only is enabled.
